Ajmi Achappam

Ajmi Achappam is a traditional South Indian snack — often called rose cookies or achu murukku — that brings a classic Kerala treat to your snacking moments. These crisp, deep-fried delights are made from a batter of rice flour, sugar, coconut milk and eggs, then shaped into beautiful flower-like patterns using a heated mould before frying.
